I also will explain Agency Relationships in Real Estate
as prescribed by
state law, and provide the following Buyer Client

- I will represent your interests in all facets of the
home buying process.
- I will provide a Home Buyers PowerPoint Program that
details the ever more
complex home buying process. This is a must if you are a
First Time Home Buyer.
- I will explain financing options and special programs
available and provide
you with a list of local Mortgage Lenders (Banks and
Brokers)
- I will find home selections that best meet your
specific criteria, show you the properties,
and obtain information you need to make a sound
buying decision.
- I will do a market analysis* on your
chosen property to determine the best price for the
house and negotiate the terms and best possible
price to you.
(* Cannot be done if Dual Agency exists)
- I will take you step by step through the paperwork
process involved in
making an offer.
- I will provide you a list of qualified home
inspectors.
- I will prepare you for the closing process to avoid
any last minute
surprises.
- I will communicate with you and your lender so you are
informed of what is
transpiring during the process.
The end result is a "smooth sailing" cruise to home
ownership!
